1. Introduction
By booking or using Scrub Down Cleaning Service (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms establish the legal agreement between you and Scrub Down Cleaning for the provision of cleaning services. Please read them carefully before confirming any service.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional cleaning services for:

Residential (general, deep, move-in/out, post-renovation)

Commercial (office, retail, educational, medical/dental, post-construction)

Event & Venue (pre-event, post-event, church/community centers, weddings, banquets)
-
Specialty Add-Ons (carpet cleaning, junk removal, appliance degreasing, garage cleaning, etc.)
The specific scope of work will be confirmed in your service agreement, estimate, or invoice.
3. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information you provide (form, call, or walkthrough).

Additional work outside the agreed scope (e.g., furniture moving, heavy junk removal, unexpected conditions) may result in an adjusted price.

Estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Taxes, if applicable, will be added to the final invoice.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted methods: Cash, card, Zelle, or other approved electronic payments.

For contracts or recurring services, invoicing and payment schedules will be outlined in the agreement.

Late payments may incur fees of 2% per week after the due date.
5. Cancelling & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: no fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of service may incur up to 50% of the service fee.

If our team is unable to access the property at the agreed time, a lockout fee equal to 50% of the service charge may apply.
6. Client Responsibilities
To help us serve you effectively, you agree to:

Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

Secure all pets, valuables, and fragile items before service.

Inform us of any special requirements (delicate surfaces, restricted areas, allergies to cleaning products, etc.).
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or wear and tear.
7.Satisfaction Guarantee
To help us serve you effectively, you agree to:

If you are dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service.

We will return to address missed areas at no additional charge.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at management’s discretion.

9. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Client information provided via forms, email, or calls will only be used for scheduling, billing, and communication. We do not sell or share client data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of New York.
